OUR PHOTOS

Every photograph is professionally developed and printed on high-quality photographic paper, to ensure lasting beauty. In addition, each print will come signed and numbered.

Single matting is available for each print size, and mats are available in various colors (see color choices below).

The photos are matted with acid free mat board using archival quality linen tape and backed with acid free foam core, ready to drop into your favorite frame. Each print is also individually wrapped in a clear plastic sleeve, to protect it during shipping and handling. A label describing each print is also affixed to the foam core backing.

SIMPLE FRAMING

Although we primarily offer matting only for each of our items, very simple framing is available for any photograph on the site.

At this time, we only offer a simple, black metal frame, which is 7/8" wide on each side.

The frame will come with a single, acid-free mat, in your choice of color (see mat color guide), plexiglass and acid free foam core backing. The piece will arrive, fully assembled (including wire for hanging), and ready for display on your wall.

To order a photo in with a single mat, and black frame, simple select a "Photograph (with Mat & Frame)" option, in any size, from the drop down menu on any photograph's information page, then select your mat color.

SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have a selection of photos you'd like to have matted/framed together, or perhaps simply a specific mat color or frame style in mind that you do not see offered, please don't hesistate to e-mail us with the specifics (photo, size, mat color or sample, frame type/size). We will be glad to look into custom designing something for you.

Once we find what you are looking for, we'll send a quote in the form of an invoice, along with samples, in the form of digital image files.

ORDER & PAYMENT INFORMATION

At the bottom of each individual photograph's page, there is an area where you can order that photo in various sizes as well as matting and framing options. Simply select the image size (and matting/framing option), and if applicable, the mat color and click on the "Purchase this photo" button. You will then be taken to a page where you can verify your selection(s) before adding the item to your cart.

Before making your purchase, please review the Terms of Use.

Online Credit card, Debit card, and Automatic Bank Draft purchases are handled by PayPal, the most well known payment service on the internet. All transactions are secure and protected by both Paypal and Credit Card fraud protection. Paypal is the electronic payment service owned by eBay.

Shipping and Handling Charges are computed by PayPal, upon checkout, and are based on the final total purchase amount.

Photos will be shipped within 5-10 business days after the order is placed, via US Mail (unless other arrangements have been made) and shipping prices include insurance.

**For Custom and Special Orders, payment can be made by PayPal, by credit card over the phone, or by a business check. If paying by check, please know that the check must clear before we will ship the order.

RESERVED RIGHTS & TERMS OF USE

1. All of the photographs on this page are original art photos taken by me, the artist, and as such, belong to the artist, and are protected under federal copyright laws.


2. Purchase of a photo print entitles the purchaser only to display the photo in a frame or album, in a home, office or other place of business. Purchase of a photo does not in any way entitle the purchaser to use the image in a publication or to display the image, in digital form, on a website.
   
   
   1. No one may, without my express consent, download, alter, link to, or publish on a web site or in a printed publication, any of these images, including thumbnails.
      
      
      1. Anyone wishing to use my images on a website, must first ask for and receive permission and must give proper acknowledgment of your source, by referencing both my name and my web site URL.
      
      
      2. Anyone wishing to use any of my images for publication, must contact me for information on licensing options. Prices will vary depending upon whether the licensing is for a single use or multiple uses.


3. Duplication and manipulation of the photo in any manner, including scanning or photocopying is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating an altering a digital version of the image for the purpose of creating a new work.


4. Purchase of either photo prints or licensing rights shall be understood to be an acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, all the above Reserved Rights and Terms of Use.
